Shontina Y. Kuykendoll MBA, a Chicago Native currently residing in Frisco, TX. New Vice President of Global Sales & Acquisitions for Hospitality With A Flair, a New York based Company. She is also an Entrepreneur and Owner of Shontina.com where she is an Accountant, Private Chef and assist with Credit Repair. Shontina has a very busy schedule and enjoy her downtime with her 3 grandson’s Timothy, CJ & Matthew.

KISH: What is your dream and how will accomplishing your dream benefit you and others?

Shontina: Her dream is to become recognized worldwide in Hospitality and the Private Sector. She will be able to help more people on a global scale.

KISH:Who or what inspired you to pursue this dream?

Shontina: Her mother was the late Evangelist Opal L. Thompson. She had her own radio show and a successful Entrepreneur. She was and is her greatest inspiration.


KISH: What challenges have you encountered while pursuing your dream?

Shontina: Layoffs have been her largest challenge during Covid-19. It forced her to invest in herself and dream big. There are no ceilings to the levels of accomplishing her goal and successes.

KISH: Who or what inspired you to keep pushing regardless of the challenges you’ve encountered?

Shontina: Shontina’ s sons Maurice II & Charles I. They are both successful businessmen and always her greatest accomplishments and inspiration.

Shontina: Keep grinding and utilizing the tools you have to make moves that will secure your financial future. Dream BIG nothing is stopping you!
